For me, capturing a fleeting moment through a lens and dialing in the perfect extraction profile come from the exact same place: a desire to find beauty in the details and ensure everything is exactly as it should be.

My faith and my family are the anchors of my life. I find daily solace, peace, and creative inspiration in worship music, and joy in the quiet moments spent playing the piano. While I cherish the quiet stillness of home, my greatest happiness comes from the warmth and presence of my loved ones. It is this exact feeling of sanctuary, connection, and comfort that I strive to bring into everything I create.

This project is the culmination of that lifelong pursuit of beauty and precision. After completing several rigorous Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certifications, I wanted to take that technical expertise and translate it into a living, breathing concept. Welcome to my coffee lab and roastery.

Here, science meets soul. By treating the roastery with the precise, deliberate care of a darkroom and a laboratory, I aim to source, roast, and serve specialty coffee at its absolute highest standard. But beyond the refractometers, flavor profiles, and precise extraction times, this space is built to be a haven.
